WIRA Findings at a Glance

The summer season is our busiest reporting time for all water-related incidents and fatalities. For the June 2006 newsletter, we wanted to include a summary of drownings and major injuries which were recorded during a nine-day period at the end of June and beginning of July, either leading to or after the Canada Day weekend over the past four years of data collection (2002-2005).  Please follow the link below to review some of our findings.
